This unique elevator door pulley was developed by Auwell for distinguished client. Assume if the pulley was made by solid wheel, the cost would be extremely high and, most importantly, it would be very heavy which is not acceptable for an elevator.

This smart design for elevator door pulley uses high grade steel sheet, the manufacturing process including stamping, riveting and rolling, Auwell developed a special machine for this particular elevator door pulley product.

Chrome 6 free zinc plating provides the product with excellent corrosion resistance property. Thanks to its smart design and special production process, clients are very happy with its light weight, excellent quality with extremely competitive price for this unique elevator door pulley product.

The most rigorous quality policy starts from material control, and is followed through to final pre-shipment inspection for elevator door pulley orders. Material certificates include the mill certificate, 3rd party chemical components, and mechanical property reports, as well as RoHS and REACH reports upon request. We structure our processes, creating Flow Charts and Control Plans before production, making sure all QC processes are in accordance with ISO9001-2015 requirements and drawing specifications.
